How often do you get the change to shoot down a bobsleigh track..? While the summer version is slower than the winter Olympic bobsleigh, you will still get a rush of adrenaline as you take on the 13 turns and 988mtrs of track at speeds of 80kmh.
This is the closest thing you can get to the real thing, without the sub-zero temperatures. The summer version is basically a bobsleigh on wheels, with a cage for additional protection.
What to Expect
The bobsleigh track is located around 45minutes from Riga in a town called Sigulda. We will pick you up and take you to the track, where there is a ‘live’ queue, this means we can’t always guarantee that you will ride the moment we arrive. We always inform the track in advance so we can keep any wait time to a minimum.
Everybody gets two rides each (if you can stomach it) each run is around 1 minute. Once everyone has had their ride, we will take you back to Riga, stopping off for some lunch if you want (we can prebook a table for you).
